Practice
I work with people who are moving through grief, loss, transitions, and identity shifts —
the moments when life demands that we let go of who we were and step bravely toward who we are becoming. Over the years, I’ve learned that resilience isn’t about “bouncing back.” It’s about pausing, recovering, and recreating who we are as a more refined and more expansion expression of who we are. It’s about finding your footing when the ground is unsteady, and learning to master that new ground. It’s about discovering a strength of character and a courage of self-expression that can only be developed when life gives us experiences that forge us.
In my coaching practice, I combine:
- emotional grounding and deep listening
- practical tools for decision-making and direction
mindset and resilience training - creative and purpose-driven planning
- and a belief that our lives expand when we build meaning from our experiences
